Our recruitment process starts by having a detailed consultation with you. The goal is to understand your specific staffing needs, company culture, and the requirements of the role(s) you are looking to fill.

Based on your consultation, we conduct a comprehensive job analysis to create detailed job descriptions. This ensures that we have a clear understanding of the skills, qualifications, and attributes needed for success in the positions.
3Customized Recruitment Strategy
Our experienced and specialized recruitment team develops a customized strategy. We combine a combination of targeted searches, industry connections, and innovative sourcing methods to identify the most suitable candidates for your job openings.
4Candidate Sourcing & Screening

6Interview Coordination
We coordinate and schedule interviews between you and shortlisted candidates. Our team manages the logistics and ensures a smooth interview process.
7Reference Checks and Background Verification
Prior to finalizing any placement, we conduct reference checks and, when required, background verifications to validate the candidate's professional history and qualifications.
8Offer Negotiation and Acceptance
We assist in negotiating offers, ensuring a fair and satisfactory agreement for both the client and the candidate. Our team supports the process until an offer is accepted.
9Onboarding Support

To facilitate a seamless transition, we provide support during the onboarding process, ensuring that the placed candidate integrates smoothly into their new role.

If for any reason things don't work out with your new hire, we'll be happy to find new candidates or provide a 90-day rebate.

10Follow-Up & Client Satisfaction

Post-placement, we maintain open lines of communication to address any concerns and gather feedback. Our commitment to client satisfaction extends beyond placement to build lasting partnerships.
